Welcome to the Ecology and Conservation Laboratory. My name is Rodrigo Fadini, and I am a professor at the Federal University of Western Pará. I am interested in three main study topics: 1- Ecology of mistletoes, focusing on understanding the positive and negative role of this group in natural and anthropic environments; 2- Interactions between herbivores (i.e. frugivores) and plants, with a focus on understanding how animals maintain the health of the forest; and 3- Impact of timber forest management activities on fauna, with a focus on monitoring vertebrates. I am especially interested in topics related to population ecology and animal-plant interactions. Please, contact me at rfadini_at_gmail_dot_com for a potential partnership.
